Lots of musli lots of milk and mixed nuts for breakfest + multi vitamin
followed shortly by a 40-50g protein shake with 10g creatine
about 1-2 hours later 4 whole eggs 2 egg whites
1-2 hours later training sipping a 40-50g protein shake
get home 2 sweet potato's can of tuna and cottage cheese
2 hours later 200-300g at least chicken breast and mixed veg
2 hours later 200g-300g at least chicken breast and mixed veg
Some time after
natural yoghurt 1/2 a pot mixed with some musli, mixed nuts and peanut butter
40g casein shake with milk for bed.

(Somtimes another 40g protein shake is thrown in there somewhere)

Im 88kg not lean but wanting to stay under 90kg or just over and do magic weight loss before comps. Just wondering what people think to this as a diet, it varies slightly on not training days but mostly this is what goes down!

That looks very boring!
But healthy.
So you're staying at around 90kg for under 90 comps? Why don't you enter one then Grin

Far to much protien and not enough carbohydrate - your protien will just be converted to energy as expensive and less efficient carbs.

Looks like a diet sponsored be Weider

well i was keeping carbs low as i don't want to bulk up kinda thought that 2 sweet potato and two servings of oats would be enough carbs really but was thinking of adding some WMS to some shakes

So your keeping carbs low as they are far lower in fat than the protien you are currently eating to prevent youerself from bulking?

You could cut half the protien there (not only being far more friendly on your liver and kidneys) and take on board the same amount of kcals in wholegrain carbs and get far more fiber from it.

Your diet is very 'clean'. This won't go down too well round these parts...

It needs to be clean i put on weight very easily, and thats the whole reason for the lack of carbs kinda modeled from almost a cutting style diet.

If you put on weight easily from eating carbs, ideal situation/excuse to train more often imo.

How does your training go?
Routine etc

mate, to be honest, the nutrition section on this forum is here as a bit of a joke...

95+% of the lifters here do NOT have a diet plan, do NOT count calories, do NOT know how much protein they are getting...

...and yet, the strongest c**ts around post here.

While I do agree in part - the above is a bit misleading.

95+% may not have a diet plan, but in all fairness 95+% of the posters are probably not included in the 'strongest c**ts' list either (before one of the insecure whiners complains I don't include myself in this list).

Most people could benefit a s**t load by sorting thier diet out.

My routine is a train 3-4 times a week. So if i add WMS to a post shake ontop of the mad amount of oats and two bake potato's i have will that be better?
