Member 194, 3976 posts | If you want proper advice pass your e-mail onto me and I will get blondie (a sports dietician and GBPF champ) to contact you - most of my info is second hand to her and while I can give basic (very basic) advice she pwns the knowledge of people on here (for the most part, there are a few in the know). And Joni - LMAO

Supp companys just rape you for it under a new name. Also once you mix WMS with anything else you slow down it's absorption making it no better than dextrose for restoring glycogen.....saying that I dont understand the obssesion with fast acting carbs or protein post workout as trials have proved that the post workout 'window' remains open for several hours. The main problem with your diet IMO is the lack of fats.Add some oily fish , nuts or seeds.

Please eat your yolks, throwing them in the sink is gay and annoying! Like it's been said, lots of protein in there, not enough carbs and fats! Cold water fish mate!

Don't be afraid of red meat or butter either, your workouts will thank you. Nothing wrong whatsoever with egg yolks. Without cholesterol there is no testosterone! And unless you're a high level physique athlete, I doubt the choice of post workout carbs will make or break your success. I'm having jaffa cakes for pwo right now with a cup of tea. It's surprising how many calories (and scary carbs!) you can get away with if you get them from good food sources.
