Remind me never to moan about the missus again. Got up this morning to be told she had booked me a fullbody massage as a surprise .
Just come out now and i dont think my back/ shoulders have ever felt so pain free. Plus the girl was smoking hot who had her oily hands all over me. Booked in for 8th December for another session with Emma and her oils.

Surprising session tonight because ive been running round like a dickhead allday getting stuff sorted for a party were having tonight and forgot to eat much.
Push Press

1x95kg
1x105kg
1x110kg
1x115kg (PB)
Fx120kg
5x100kg
Was f**king gobsmacked when 115kg flew up because everything leading up to it felt heavy. 120kg was a million miles away but then 5x100kg was a PB for reps too.
Strict Press
5x60kg
5x70kg
3x75kg
1x80kg
1x85kg (PB)
Fx90kg
Think im capable of more on strict press but my shoulders were fried by this point but still managed a 5kg increase on my previous PB.
Dumbbell Snatches

Did 5 on each side of the 10 rep sets and 3 on the 6 rep set. I think 42.5kg is a PB but i didnt set out with that intention - it was more for a bit of fun than anything else.

Pretty happy considering i was running on empty - need to up my game though as Monday is the start of training for U105s qualifer in April.

Cheers Boar - i must admit im a bit of a supplement whore. Tend to have creatine 30 mins before training to give myself a bit extra in training.
Plan is to keep plugging away at the kettlebell stuff too and increase the intensity in my goal of becoming not only fitter but leaner too.
