Have been training - just not much.....

So:

5 x (5 x Pullups s/s 5 x Dips)
4 x (4 x Pullups s/s 4 x Dips)
3 x (3 x Pullups s/s 3 x Dips)

Used the time walking between machines and sipping a drink between each set as rest.

Voilą: 50 pull ups and 50 dips

Paralette Abs: 3 x 10

Hanging Leg Raises: 3 x 8

Leg Press with feet at bottom of plate: 130kg for 3 sets of 15 s/s 3 x 20 TKEs

Banded Leg Extensions: 70kg for 25 rep cluster set

Top End Leg Extensions: 3 sets of 20
