Actually 300kg will do as I've just realised thats 327.5 with the bar...DOH ! So there it is in writing, 300kg deadlift is the target and I will pester everyone who has already done it for tips along the way. I thank you. | ||

I have a slight problem in that the place I ordered my rubber Oly weights from ran out of 20kg and 25kg colour grip plates, so I only have 177.5kg until they re-stock. Being slightly anal about these things I want all my plates to match so I'm reluctant to order from anywhere else, so I will wait a week or two for them to get me some. Still, 177.5kg is enough to make a start, especially after such a long lay off. So, here we go again... More from me tommorow. | ||
