I did a drop set after the 180s to 140 for 24 and then 100 for 40. just struggling with low carbs on a sunday. I am going to throw on a shirt before christmas, I think there is a 240+ there in a shirt depending on if the pec holds up. Also going to borrow a deadlift suit from Ali to see if its worth buying one. | ||
