Not posted any training stuff for a good while but if you can draw your attention away from the 6'1" amazonian goddess in the background doing log exercises, you can see me attempting 8 reps with 180 at a new slimline 110kg.

Or work up to 20 reps on 180?

140x100? I did 140 for 30. I did a drop set after the 180s to 140 for 24 and then 100 for 40. just struggling with low carbs on a sunday.

I am going to throw on a shirt before christmas, I think there is a 240+ there in a shirt depending on if the pec holds up. Also going to borrow a deadlift suit from Ali to see if its worth buying one.

Yes that's what I meant. I remember you getting a few like 140/20/19/18/17/16 etc

Yes, he has access to the best equipped strength gym in Scotland, but goes to Virgin Active because he can get a baked potato after instead Happy
