You look better than you did in my view. Get some direct calf and forearm work done and you'll be fine.

Yea, trying to stay within a few kilos of 105 while regaining some strength. This is in conjunction with trying to shift my composition slightly. Balancing act!

This is the pick of today, 120kg low hang clean. Working on the pull and receive, which were good. The recovery not so good, should have sat at the bottom and adjusted. No matter, good lift.
