JCarter123 | 91kg kettle belll | 05-05-2014 @ 19:17
Member 3757, 1746 posts SQ 202.5, BP 110, DL 255567.5 kgs @ 82kgs UnEq | We have one at my gym. Is there anyone in the world that could 1-arm snatch this does anyone know? I'm told it's hard than a barbell/dumbbell because the way the kettle bell will hang once up there (it tries to snap your forearm in 2). Would be very cool if someone can do it. Cheers

still a devious weightlifting bastard Member 43, 14379 posts | I once had a 91K bird. She had a 1 armed snatch. I suspect we are on different pages though.

Might be on the same page lol. Glen - the kettle bell is massive so at the top it sits at about 45 degrees. I am no expert I never train with kettle bells, just curious what you guys thought.

concept 2 guru Member 1235, 4675 posts SQ 190, BP 137.5, DL 220547.5 kgs @ 85kgs UnEq | There's a few ropey 64kg snatches knocking around but can't find one heavier! 91 snatch would be insane.

Gone and easily forgotten....... Member 331, 22298 posts SQ 185, BP 100, DL 230515.0 kgs @ 85kgs UnEq | Yeh that guy is a kettlebell legend. One arm deadlifted 175 apparently. No reason why that isnt 90kg tbh. A weightlifter of his weight could make 140kg look like nothing too.

Sugdens crazy old person. Member 4936, 7288 posts SQ 270, BP 155, DL 270695.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | I have some heavy kettlebells. Seldom use them for overheads. My right arm feels doable but hurts radius and ulna area. Left arm even more painful. I'm probably a wimp!
