Theres loads of variations of GHR.

The way you described would be hard to overload the hamstrings and glutes fully. More of a hypertrophy way of doing them. I prefer this way as you can shove 80-120kg on a bar or dumbells usually shove bar behind my head but wrists were hurting so snatch gripped it today!

Awesome mate...are you using 400 from 16.5" and slowly working your way down in height then? As well as your floor work?

Yeah. Floor weight going up inches dropping on blocks.

Day 2 bent over rows going up to 250kg 5x5 as goal.

5x5 deadlift with 220 isn't bad at "our" bodyweight, yet you're rowing it. I think that is more impressive to me than a 400kg deadlift.

Haha i've always kept my rows heavy. Find they have good transfer to most Strongman events so i smash them!
