X Theres loads of variations of GHR. The way you described would be hard to overload the hamstrings and glutes fully. More of a hypertrophy way of doing them. I prefer this way as you can shove 80-120kg on a bar or dumbells usually shove bar behind my head but wrists were hurting so snatch gripped it today! | ||
