Jack - i train twice a day most days so just logging things i think relevant to my deadlift. GHR plays a big role in hamstrings and front squats and snatch grip deficits i find help in the suit alot. And yeah i've done a 100 dumbell at 85kg ish Yesterday Deads raw 240 x 5 250 x 5 286 x 5 Bent over row 200kg x6x5 GHR 50kg bar 3 sets 30 reps Lat Pull down 5 sets of 10 | ||

Ha maybe i'll mention it to him. Today Front squats (6.2 tempo) 10kg jumps up to 180kg x 2 They hard. Snatch grip deficit deadlift 230kg x 3x3 ghd abs EMOM 12 sit ups 12 minutes IWT's & 200 band pull aparts to finish. | ||
