But at the moment its pretty much at the discretion of the comp' organisers.

They will suffer the same fate if they diet down to under 90s definately Ours last year wasn't ran by elite strongman and their criteria Unless I'm wrong You just have to go with whatever the organiser dictates

I think you have it right, especially in a minority sport like this If they can work here then they can play too the way I think of it As it is smalls does f all work and pays no taxes, which makes you wonder how he can compete or even have a sugden account really
