I couldn't move enough weight to need straps!

Do you think improving at that height can help deadlifting from the floor?

I think the more different heights you pull from, combined with sldl and deficits all carry over yeah mate.

KeV, you're strong as an ox!

A 320kg 15" deadlift is f**king ridiculous and your 'active recovery' pressing session is better than any pressing session I've ever had!

In short, it's a piss take!

Thanks for the kind words guys :-) always nice to read. I'm feeling as strong as ive ever felt, probably due to the fact I'm heavier than I've ever been.

Bit of a s**tter tonight tonight tho. Plan was to have 2 easyish pressing days (yesterday & today) and then hit it hard on weds..
