felt alot more sociable this time round, didnt much care for it last week..

i think theres abit more there as i stand, it wasnt a grinder. im prob gonna back off for a few sessions tho and hit some reps and concentrate on form. then hit it again.

more of an active rest day really, dabbled with the idea of resting totally today but that wud have just meant id start boozing too early...

the 140's were all pretty tough, im a long way off from a raw pb.

cheers ste, wasnt given much choice over the dragons comp tho..

smalls, yeah pretty much everyday straight after work. PLAN? me? i have never had one of these..
