Comments :Legs a bit tired later on in the clean and jerks and f**ked for back squats. Decent enough session though, things just slightly off at times but feeling strong, generally!

It was $22 and then there's a flat rate $15 postage. I have ordered quite a few items and found that 2 t-shirts or about $45 (not including delivery) is about the limit before you get charged customs. The customs isn't usually too bad only a quid or two but Royal Mail see fit to add on £8 handling surcharge for doing nothing extra.

It is mate, it's the one that hookgrip got commissioned sell. I like it, it's a good fit and doesn't work out too bad - if you only order a couple items as you don't get hit with royal mails ridiculous 8 quid handling surcharge over a certain amount.

Comments :First time front squatting in a while. Feels decent! Changed to take away some squat volume so hopefully should start to freshen up and raise the intensity.
