There is no time limit, its just a case of getting through it as quick as you can and setting a benchmark to beat. A lot would depend on the %s you chose, and the ones i saw quote were a bit steep, something like 150% BW for deadlift, 80% Pwr Cln, and 100% bench. I thought something along the lines of: 100k Deadlift 70k Pwr cln 50k Press would be potentially fun; not sure how long it would take though I thought this was the one Dave Morgan done but its similiar.
