Snatch Pull (with 3-5s ecc. off 12.5" blocks) :

Comments :Easy enough today. Feeling more recovered today than I was at this time last week so things are looking decent for the weekend. Will do some cleans and push press tonight.

It was along the lines of a percentage of bodyweight for: Deadlift / Pwr Cln / Bench press (although i was going to press instead of bench)
Its a decreasing round thing, starting at 10 for each exercise at round one and decreasing one rep per round. There is no time limit, its just a case of getting through it as quick as you can and setting a benchmark to beat. A lot would depend on the %s you chose, and the ones i saw quote were a bit steep, something like 150% BW for deadlift, 80% Pwr Cln, and 100% bench.
I thought something along the lines of:
100k Deadlift
70k Pwr cln
50k Press
would be potentially fun; not sure how long it would take though


I thought this was the one Dave Morgan done but its similiar. Check that out. All sounds like fun Grin

Comments :Started with a good bit more stretching than a usual Saturday and it seemed to help. Happy enough overall as its been a very tough week of training. Will pull volume back slightly next week to adjust and have a friendly comp on Saturday so will be a bit fresher then.
