I'd also appreciate any advice from you guys on Sugden!! Oh, and Gates has been pestering me for the last 6 months to do one!I compete in the GBPF Current PBs in comp: Squat: 190kg, Bench: 156.5kg, Deadlift: 265kg Current Gym PBs (under full comp rules & all in the last month): Squat: 210kg, Bench: 160kg, Deadlift: 272.5kg |
