I was looking up DIY Conan wheels then figured out a zercher carry would work for training lol.

This was as far as I got, modify a landmine setup like this.
http://www.home-gym-bodybuilding.com/image-files/homemade-post...
Use a scaffold pole for the grey pipe.
Bolt that to a second scaffold pole at the desired height.
The second pole could either go in a hole in the ground (easiest), be welded to a large wheels bearing or going into a beer barrel full of sand for stability.
Load the pole with Olympic plates.

I've also found that specific rotator cuff exercises have helped with overall shoulder mobility as well as 'front squat oly bar roll's'

Basically you take the oly bar out on your shoulders as you would for a front squat, with your hands where they'd normally be and then do single arms roll's with it... You rotate the bar in each hand like youre trying to wind it into your shoulders... I've found it really helps to get my shoulder cradle loosened and I can keep a proper olympic clean lift grip when doing front squats

Is there a way to do the second bit without another person? Maybe use a bar in a rack to push down on instead of them pushing up?

Front squats while flexibility improves seems the obvious solution here. They'll have great carry over to pulling and back squats and I can't think of a greater motivator to sort mobility than the shoulder flattening pain that is a front squat!-)

Put both hands on the bar at shoulder height. Bend at the hips and push the torso between the shoulders as far as mobility allows. Like this, https://blog.udemy.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Opening-the-Shoulders-please-include-under-tip-6-with-the-caption-Stretches-like-this-one-help-open-up-the-shoulders-.png. Height doesn't matter the stretch is the same at shoulder height. Use bodyweight to gradually move further down while keeping arms locked.
Like the hanging from the bar version you can move around to find tight spots and try and go deeper every day. Shouldn't be sore unless the guy has an old injury.

This with a towel or band https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoGtrEcsqPQ. Do it daily and before start of workout.

Hanging off the pull up bar with elbows locked. Move around and find tight spots in the shoulders. Hang for longer on these. I dislocated the right so have a tight spot there which is worse after pressing exercises. Like start here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ksL8d7GxreM but with both hands.

What he's doing at 10:05 helps me get in position just before a setup on bar https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjb8_Yu41nE. I do it on the power rack. Have to think about locking scapula back while pulling elbows down like the bending the bar cue. Chris Duffin has 3 videos in this series. The second is about setting up including if you can't get into a tight position on the bar. Prob worth a look too.

If I was getting them done I'd workout extra up to the morning of the tattoo, then take a good 3 days off to leave the skin get a good start on healing.
After that its kind of up to you to figure out if you think its healed enough to risk a plate etc bumping against it and taking out a big piece of scabby ink out. If that happens you'll have to wait a few weeks and get it touched up by tattooist.
I always feel fun down/no energy after getting a tattoo, training wouldn't be high on my mind!
Maybe start on deadlifts rather than something that will bend the wrist skin.

What do the band looking things on the monolift do or are they the electronics.

There was a show about fat guidelines on bbc radio4 a couple of days ago talking about this docs article; http://www.express.co.uk/life-style/health/438600/Eating-fat-i...
Might be on podcast. Said the original UK guidelines made by a civil servant with no background in science or medicine. He was on the show. Based his guidelines on a Russian experiment where a Dr fed rabbits fat and they died of heart disease. He concluded fat made heart attacks.
However when they tested the findings on omnivores it was proved false. Unfortunately the original assumption that fat caused heart attacks had become bro-science worldwide. Industry went about swapping fat with sugar and claiming it was healthy.
Atkins is probably the most scientifically reviewed diet and is all about eating fats proteins and low carbs and no processed food.
All the vitamins are in egg yolks.

Scabs are a pain with tattoos. I lost about half the lines on my toes with bits of scab falling out with all the ink.
Leaving clingfilm on for a week seemed to keep it in better the second time, but it didn't get any cheaper the second time.
E45 cream was what I used to moisturise under the clingfilm. Its scentless and has no alcohol. Clingfilms what they use to stop scarring with burns. It stops the cut building up a scab by limiting contact with air and keeps the cut/tattoo clean. Feels uncomfortable, because of the heat, but its great for heavy work like portraits with a lot of fine lines.
I'd avoid anything that can scratch, bump rub your arms for 2 weeks.

I can't think of much worse than needing a banging s**t at a festival, those toilets go downhill so rapidly. I'd pay 2 euros any day for a clean porcelain throne at a festival

Festival toilets are never clean.

Was in Belgium last year. They charge 2euro to enter the toilet, don't give lolly pops, don't offer spray (excluding bleech) and don't give discounts for repeat customers. Must have spent 20euro over a 3 day festival.

No-one gets that big and that strong so fast on Vitamin-T alone.

Are all those not just test (bar the HGH)? Why would they take 3 different types of the same thing?

The impact whey costs more than the Mutant:-) Is it worth the extra 10euro?
