Doing a heavy day and light day works for me on everything.

Hang cleans and swings with kettlebell (warmup) are good auxiliary work.

I think I'd end up becoming a "feeder" if I dated that mayor. I don't think her head is big, its the rest of her is emaciated.

That's what I was thinking, but wondering how grip goes with no knurling. Will have to give a go, 13euro 7" scaffold here:-)
What length is best? Monger said he could cut to 6 foot either.

Place I go for stones we drop off the platform onto a car tire. The tire has a sandbag in middle. only 80kg-120kg stones.

Do you use straps for lifting scaffold? I wanted to try for grip training.

Ireland. How'd grip work out on the scaffold pole? Was considering that.

£75 is cheap. Postage was expensive when I asked.
» Question! - Strength increase over time. (Go to post)21-01-2015 @ 10:32
I started 5x5 about a year ago (maybe slightly longer).
Went from never deadlift to 172 in a year (5 reps). Did 175kg on bar once and it was a grind and I hitched half way up.
Same with Bench, got to 90kg for 5x5. Can't get over 100kg for singles in rack. Might be able to do 102kg with spotter. Kettlebell guns have been great for getting steady on this for me.
120 for 5x5 for squats. Every time I add on this I get a sore back or knees.
Was doing bb splits before that. Goblet squats with dumbbell, press with db etc. High reps low weight.
» Lower back (pelvis?) problem - anyone had this? (Go to post)16-01-2015 @ 15:40
A good physio will be able to help with tightness by needling the muscle so it resets and relaxes to go back to normal. Also if you have a curve in the spine, which happens people who sit down a lot, they can move it to back towards straight over a few sessions. You may get a bump in your deadlift when your issues are addressed tooGrin
