thanks mate, I have only just started doing them, it was 2nd time in fact so I dont know yet, I hope they work as I have heard a lot of good things about them from the likes of coan and so. When you do them, do you alternate it with normal deadlifts or you do them together in a session.

I like this routine very much, I'm a big fan of using heavier loads even if it means dropping volume. static schemes like 5x5 are great but can soon get boring staying at the same weight and lead to overtraining, and it doesnt quite prepare your body for max attempt, so switching reps ans sets up is the way forward, matter of fact I think I'm going to use this for my raw bench Grin

hey, I was using a titan deadlifter, I cant say for sure but i reckon it was giving me quite a bit over raw, I think I did a 200x4x4 raw the first time i toyed with sumos, never went raw again after that, but as you will soon find out raw and suited sumo is a different animal, different lift all together. Will check out your footage once I can get my internet fixed, having to use my pda, talktalk is the worse piece of s**t.ever.

My ocassional training partner Gary Michell came down tonight, started mouthing off about me stepping up to the big mans world (100kg class), we were exchanging some jokes and banter, by the end of the night, I have got myself into a £50 bet on who will come out on top at the londons latter down the year. A bit silly for me to have been sucked in as he has been in the game a long time, but it should be good challenge I , One thing for sure, I need to get me a suit asap Grin

Wow just seen the deadlift vids, I feel your pain on those lockouts bro, so many factors to consider for solutions, but before running off to start overloading and training the top end, I'll make sure basics are covered - mobility, mobility and some more mobility, you glutes may not be firing properly, hip flexors are tight,etc there are plenty of good stuff on t-nation on how to get the glutes working. definately worth checking out.

saw that you came in at 94.9kgs, how come? are you struggling to reach a full 100, ever tempted to do the 90's, only asking because I'm in between weight class as well.
