In this day I did an hour of mobility and then did a lifetime best cycle session hitting 184bpm max and 158bpm average on the bike during a workout

Bosh

little_a said:So do I. I think the 101 was excessive due to 2 weeks all in delicious food. It would have come down quite a bit without trying I think.

My ankle feels better now. Bike tomorrow Happy

Don't give up. Tokar wouldn't

6kg in one week is excessive and doesn't sound like just fat loss to me

Saying that I hope it is obviously

Your pressing is stronger than mine anyway!

"crap" compared to your squats and deadlifts... Which personally I think are much stronger

Overall the message I was trying to convey was of both specific strengths as well as general one

I going to try and get my pressing up to your speed but would love to be shift them weights with my legs

I've just realized... The cycling background is displaying itself on them numbers! Still 90kg for 5's is something I can try and work towards

Well done and keep it up Gates!

Only two months in and you've got lots of sessions up on here!

Your pressing is a bit crap but them squats and deadlifts are fantastic

Lots of weight as well as reps

I like your training... Good man!

A typical day is eating meals up to about 4,500 and getting about 200 grams of protein. In the main I have a very well balanced dietary intake which includes daily food eaten purely for taste.

Today that was two KitKats before my afternoon nap and 300 grams of triple fudge cake given to me by a client. I get in less trouble than receiving sexual favours so it's win win nowadays.

I'm on the cusp of beginning to think about sticking to a calorie restricted dietary intake or having a fast day (just protein and shakes) to improve my body composition

What's a typical day's eating for you?

EDIT: Are they showing the European Games on tv in the UK? They are showing it all here on normal tv. Like watching the Olympics. No weightlifting though.

I'm only interested in the event as its a friend competing and its weightlifting

Other than that it's all like Takeshi's castle to me

I've not logged this weeks sessions properly on here yet but I will when I sit down and do it all at once

I've logged a few highlights though as you can see. I'm doing very well.
