AndyCoupe said:Saw the 125 on Facebook. Solid jerk!

There's a few guys who clean and jerked 125kg that day I saw on le Facebook too.

As a rule I've always been able to jerk anything I can clean.

As a direct result of my mobility work my squat is now deeper and even more comfortable... And my strength is increasing uniformly

Secondarily, I have a muscle tear in my right calve. I've had this for some months now but yesterday when rolling and manipulating my ankle I found it.

I need to get this looked at and in the meantime try and see if I can manage it myself... A few of my Crossfit mates are physios so when I see one of them I need to get them to fix it.

Yesterday there was no training for me to do so I took it easy... And generally made sure that I got things done that I wouldn't normally.

However my protein intake was slightly lower than I've been aiming for.

This in itself is no major problem as my recovery is very good and the actual protein intake was still higher than I used to have... However it has reminded me to be looking at the protein intake from breakfast at the start of the day with a view of getting my 200 grams in by the end.

By being made aware of this I am already 60 grams down after an early meal Happy

Today I've had three kitkat chunkys and two magnums

I've lost weight (3 pounds in two weeks) and got fitter and stronger since monitoring my food

My "junk" has not changed I hope but other things have like increase in protein

On a separate subject Wayne.

What's your opinion on people whom own dogs and fouling in public places such as parks etc...?

Do you think the owners should pick up after their dogs or leave it where it is...?

Thursday 4th

Back Squat

Yesterday's hero workout took it out of my legs... The 150's were the easiest of all the sets

2 rounds of Cindy with two 200 metre runs to warm up... Then

30 mins to clean and jerk to max.

I did 125kg like a beast

With 60% of my clean and jerk.. So 75kg, I did the following workout.

8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 GTOH with one round of Cindy in between sets.

It took me only 16.22

Cycle workout... 45 minutes... Average 140 (75%) maximum 165 (89%)

Arm weights

Ankle stretches

Sauna and steam
