seem to be a pretty big talking point no one walked past with out speaking to me. two girls saw me (they looked pissed) and thought they were hallucinating. i thought i would have got stopped by police but they must have been busy with either getting take away food or paperwork. and i dont really include cardio in my journal. i no it may not look like it but i do quite a bit (cycle to work everyday, jog up and down the stairs at work on my breaks on night shifts. odd mile and a half run now and again and dumbell snatches on breaks at work for 30plus reps with 22kg dumbell i keep in me locker) my journal would get over full with all that boring training. | |||
