15/10/2013 first day of training since comp day, took alot out of me in the rain, injured my wrist so taking it slow for now, ease myself back in gently dumbell shoulder press - 10kg x8, 15kg x8, 20kg x8, 25kg x8 standing barbell shoulder press - 20kg x 12, 40kg x 12, 50kg x 10, 60kg x 6 dumbell side lat raise - 10kg x12, 15kg x12 front dumbell raise - 5kg x12, 10kg x12, 15kg x12 barbell curls - 20kg x 6 - empty bar, managed to injure my wrist, too uncomfortable with weight hammer curls - 10kg x12, 15kg x12, 20kg x12, 25kg x12 reverse curls - 20kg x12, 20kg x12 500m row - just a leisurely one for now 1:52 | |||

Post Edited: 13.10.2013 @ 19:05 PM by theulsterman Was a hell of a day today at peterboroghs strongest, pissed it down all day, done well in myself, 7 reps on 75kg log in 60 secs, 12 secs for 20m farmers at 80kg, managed 8 reps in 60 secs on 180kg deadlift, 90 secs for 20m flip of 200kg tyre and 20m carpull, but only managed 1 sandbag in the last event, first comp on grass, waiting on confirmed position | |||

Been a pretty quiet week for me, competing in peterboroughs strongest tomorrow, so just some light cardio and plyometrics earlier in the week and plenty of rest and more food than you can shake a stick at, feeling well rested and relaxed, looking forward to tomorrow and getting back to training next week, wish me luck! | |||
