sound advice lads, i know what you mean about your shape! was 81kg in december and in march i was 94kg on this milk diet, ive cut down to 92kg now, but the stomach is beginning to be a factor Tongue

cheers brownbear - i read up on reg park a while ago, and he swore by it, thought id give it a go, but im coming to the realisation its not the best way forward, how many times per day would you suggest to take this?

im saying i dont particularly trust the manufacturers and the content of the powders, i prefer to keep my diet at natural as possible

Looking to up my intake, but dont trust protein powders and shakes, sounds simple enough...

Method
Just add 5 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder to one pint skimmed milk

Information
Per pint (568ml): 239kcal, 24.1g protein, 36.3g carbs, 0.7g fat
