im thinking i will be entering the June 9th - Severn Valley Novice Strongman and June 30th - Whitecliffs u105kg Strongman if you want to pencil me in i thing dead will be fine for 220kg to get at least a rep out and need to sort out my OHP apart from that i just need to train hard.. | |||

Events not 100% But along the lines of. Atlas for reps. 60-70kg women, 110kg novice so if i was to train this would need to be doing the 105 and 130 stones fro reps as practice Farmers or frame walk 140kg total weight women, 200kg novice is this 100 or 200kg per hand, i hope it is 100kg and will in be for max distance what is a respectable distance.. Max log women starting weight 35kg 3 lifts Novice viking press 90-100kg in the hand. (Have to confirm viking press is available) is this the same as the log if so will this will be my weakest event im thinking hopefully can get my lift a lot higher. Walk of pain (Milk churn carry) Weight TBC women approx 100kg Novice. what will this be like a bear hug wealk or between the legs? how owuld i trian this i do have a keg shoudl i bring it to the dungeon and we could load it with soemthing or somthing Final event is to be the Hoist weight what is this | |||

all i know i am in agony i cant havea epsom bath had an alternate shower done something for my back i have to say but f**k me im in soo much pain seriously thinking of just coming up from london for the day to train was quality | |||
