or just hit the stones and worry about repping them on the day, both will do.

is this 100 or 200kg per hand, i hope it is 100kg and will in be for max distance what is a respectable distance..

thats 200kg total weight. No idea about respectable distance, but you already can move those far enough to enter for sure.

is this the same as the log if so will this will be my weakest event im thinking hopefully can get my lift a lot higher.

if it is the log, it is the same IFSA log that milsy has. If viking press, then it will be a fixed rom overhead work. If it is a viking press, i probably wont even train for it, just go and do it on the day, no big deal.

what will this be like a bear hug wealk or between the legs? how owuld i trian this i do have a keg shoudl i bring it to the dungeon and we could load it with soemthing or somthing

There is a way to train the walk of pain, but i wont be doing it often. Just get strong and get pain tolerance up with other events, i think that will do.

Final event is to be the Hoist weight

you basically pull a weight up a pole using a rope, arm over arm pull, or something like that. I am not sure. Just get those lats strong Happy

read the link mate Happy

i am entering it, and hopefully some sugden crew will come along for the day or banter and cheering.

dont know how much it is, but anywhere between 0 and 15 quid, so that should not stop you. There is an email contact where to enter on the link i posted to that comp thread. The places are filling up, so i'd get my name down asap if i was you (less thinking the better, lol)
