if you want to pencil me in i thing dead will be fine for 220kg to get at least a rep out and need to sort out my OHP apart from that i just need to train hard..

can you change my BPO to the BPC open ,sept,daaan saaff (fingers crossed that they sort it out)

I really could do with another comp this year but dont fancy joining the BPO (im sure at the open last year they didnt us a monolift)

Put the 24th of June in tha diaries as well for the training session for NW lifters. This should be held at Rhino's in Oldham.

Could you change my BPO Open in September to the BPC British Championship in July.
