Wayne you’ve got to be kidding me. I’ve been further even more decided to use even go need to do look more as anyone can. Can you really be far even as decided half as much to use go wish for that? My guess is that when one really been far even as decided once to use even go want, it is then that he has really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like. It’s just common sense.

Unlimited movies pass from cineworld and addictive online video games.

Get pissed in town occasionally to reassure myself I'm not a full blown geek and alls good

I find this pretty interesting.
News Link

What are people's opinions on the effects it would have?

Some sources say up to 47% of Scottish people already want Independence.

What are the views of the many Scots on here?

» Advice on Coan/Phillipi Deadlift routine (Go to post)09-01-2012 @ 17:01
I am coming up to the final week. I went from a tough strapped 170kg to what should be a decent 190kg strapless. I put +20kg into the calculator but as you see im pretty weak so maybe go 15kg as someone said.

The assistance was extremely useful for me and my back strength across all exercises has risen.

I recall Terry Hollands saying he used it to get his now ridiculous pull so it works for all levels.

Sorry I'm a recovering Warcraft addict. Running around in Armour may trigger a relapse

However, as a conditioning tool they are brilliant.

Think circuits of burpees, box jumps, step ups, leopard crawling, press up, pull ups, handstand press ups, walking lunges, bounds, depth jumps etc etc etc

Thanks, this sounds good. I remember doing step ups a while back and thinking how awkward the plate i had to carry made it.

I don't know how much they weigh, but surely you'd rapidly outgrow one for weighted planks, if not find it too light immediately. After a few sessions of weighted planks I'm up to 75 kilos and I'm still not being challenged really.

So, my advice is - don't bother getting one!

The one i saw you could change between 10/20/30kg... So yeah your right as i don't think that would even challenge me now.

Tbh i think i was getting a bit excited about feeling like Rocky running round town

Hey all, recently been thinking about getting in shape a little as well as getting stronger and began thinking about cardio (shudder).

Does anyone on here use one while jogging? Is there a noticeable difference with normal jogging in terms of getting fitter?

Also, what other good uses would it have if i were to get one? Weighted planks etc are an obvious bonus.

What makes you choose to squat beltless or belted? Is it just down to the weight or to target a particular weakness?

Cheers

I'm not convinced as weight watchers would have been recommending people to snack on Eraser's by now.

That's crazy and begs the question of how many calories are in metal and rubber
