Water cannons, plastic bullets and tear gas need to be used to disperse the whole crowd

Curfews need also to be set...if you're out after 10pm in these areas, you get bummed by the army

A lack of male figures in these little f**kers lives is mostly to blam IMO, plus the fact that the most important thing in these lads lives is 'respect innit'

Time for our f**king pansy government (and in fact, society) to get tough

Well said, dirty scumbags should be rounded up by the army and do 2 years national service on the frontline. Leave the police to catch the real criminals (murderers rapists etc). These little yobs would soon go crying to mummy when things get scary!

when did you start training? About 14 (1990 ish), my dad gave me money for some weights cos I was cracking the paint in the ceiling using the loft hatch to do pull ups!

when did you start strength training? February this year, broke my arm playing rugby and too much of a pussy to go back

what made you want to train? For rugby

why did you choose strength over looks? Always wanted to be WSM and I think body building is a little errrm too vain!

what did you lift when you started? 50kg, but didn't have a clue what I was doing and this was along time before the interweb !!!

whats the most import thing you have learnt? Technique, get it right

what would you say to yourself if you went back in time
and met yourself the day you started?
Research more and don't go near the f**king pub!!!!

hope they dont tinker with it like bravo the other year (over 6 weeks !! WTF)

all in 1 week at chrimbo is awsome !! although i could handle it on earlier and mabie even longer episodes

Couldn't agree more! The week over CHrimbo is the best, loved it growing up in the 80's. It wasn't Chrimbo without WSM and Geoff Capes
