Back in gym tonight squats Bar x some 60 x 10 100 x 10 140 x 10 - f**kin hell, was blowing like f**k 180 x 1 - s**t 180 x 2 180 x 3 into 140 x 8 into 100 x 10 - holy f**kin hell that absolutely f**ked me!
