Notes: feels great to squat again. Just going to sack off back squats and deadlifts and concentrate on front squats and lots of glute work. Will try deadlifts in the new year. If my front squat goes up it will eventually help with transferring to a bigger back squat once this si joint heals up.

Cheers lads, Thought asi hadn't trained it properly in a while i would be as well to start strict press properly. Yeah it looks pretty wide on the video, its the same as my bench grip, it seems to have a bit of carry over for my bench Happy
