the apple tv costs like £100 then you need to jailbreak the box and install the packages. Once you have the box type in jailbreak apple tv box to google and it will tell you all about it. Or you can get someone to do it for you

Just bought myself and Apple TV box and installed XBMC then something called Icefilms. Basically it allows you to watch everything you can on the Icefilms website. This means you can watch like 99% of all movies and 99% of all tv shows on your tele like your with the same easy as a sky box. EPIC thought I would share

240kg x 3 felt nice and easy, the stretching that I have been doing recently has paid off

300kg x 1 best 300kg i have ever pulled
310kg x 1 PB very happy with this
320kg x 1 PB again although wasn't the prettiest of reps

150kg x 0 whoops
120kg x 8
130kg x 8
140kg x 12 was going for 5 but had a spot he helped with first one which usually drains me then I was on my way!
150kg x 10 machine couldn't take anymore weight good times

I used to have this issue this was when i was mixing bodybuilding stuff into my training. I have now sacked that off totally and have an olympic lifting day. The first week I found it tough and I was a little sore but your body will adapt after a while so try it on your overhead day.

Training from last week, used straps to snatch for the first time properly ever managed to get 110kg, quite happy with that.

Over the off season I am trying to do as much as I can completly raw so will see how that goes

Seems like you have a little chip on your shoulder fat sam, which is fine I just hope your anger at my videos doesn't ruin your daily activites.

Cheers for the positives, I'm very much enjoying this olympic lifting stuff, just learning the snatch as we speak this week so will see what happens there

What lifts weren't done properly? I lift like that because it's what progresses my training, it seems to be working so will probably carry on doing it.
