Just realised that yoke was 330kg and not 300kg! Eek Awesome work and progress.

messaged you on the mobile today mate, was a bit late for tonight but just asking if you fancied mondays and wednesdays (if im off work). Be doing stones and log on monday if you fancy it? i can pick you up its not a problem.

Hixxy i don't want to see you 100 percent yet, it will break me seeing someone so strong so quick lol

Cheers Ben i was very happy and also with the arm over arm as we did a few pulls and after each pull it was a drag back to start Roll-Eyes

tonights training with hixxy, left my back in pieces now though.

deadlifts
70/5
110/5
150/3
200/2
240 for 5 reps in 75 seconds PB, paced quite nicely and hopefully 6 next week and just keep creeping it up

log press each rep floor to overhead
70/5
75/3
80/3
85/3
90/1
95/1
100/1
105 failed press cleaned twice, gutted because 100 felt very easy

stones (cant remember platform hieghts)
93-biggest one
115-failed to biggest one for some reason
140- PB-not as high as highest but i wouldn't say low Grin
