i want to squat but my back is sore so load the leg press up, i think its better than nothing, feels good on my legs and my back seems ok but i think squats are the key and the best.

its my lat and lower back but after some advice going to strech and see a sports massage next week then go from there its nothing like what you have gone through and i must say you seem to be on the other side of which is ace.
