Oh my f**king god... Weight felt unbalanced for some reason, couldn't get near maxes and overall s**t session. This was squats and overhead.

I really need to ditch mirrors quickly.

Ditch them. You felt unbalanced because you've become reliant on the mirror for visuo-spatial awareness.

I don't know whether you lift for powerlifting or whatever but if you intend to compete in powerlifting comps I suggest ditching the mirror ASAP. If you're just lifting for general sexiness then do your deep knee bends whilst admiring yourself. It doesn't really matter.

There is a gym instructor at our gym who does this ALL the time, the worst on is when he pretends to scratch his left shoulder with his right hand but goes up his shirt and tenses his abs

Lo0oL.....

Haha thanks for the advice, yeah was really strange i checked to see if i had loaded more weight on one side every other set.

I'm looking to mess about with some novice SM comps within next year or so, so yeah i need to ditch.

Plus, if you're good looking (like the General, JC, Boar) you end up just checking yourself out.

True Fact.

I keep a handy pocket mirror and discretely check my s**t out between sets of max squat.
