my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | well over the weekend my left handside of my hip was a little tight stretched before the monday session felt better half an hour after the session when I was at work it got real tight and I was in f**king agony all night hobbled everywhere and avoided working as much as possible. the next night I could hardly stand without gurni g in pain regardless of the amounts of pain relief I shoveled down my neck. so went home on half a shift had 3 hours kip and I was a new man there is a very dull ache when walking but compared to tuesday its like night and day today log clean and pushpress every rep 3@42 x3 3@82 x2 2@102 2@122 failed the third on the press an improvement but over reaching alittle 3@117 log cleans 1@132 f@152 log one motions 3@82 1@102 2@107 failed third by starting press to early 1@117 pb 1@122 pb quite happy with that (still s**t for a open competitor) 3@107 x2 pin press 10@60 5@110 1@150 pb 4@130 reeversed grip 10@60 10@100 4@100 wide grip chin bwxf/f neutral grip chin up bwxf/f/1/1 pb wide grip chin up bwx1/1 pull up bwx2 barbell row 10@60 1@110 5@140 then doh shrugs x15 dumbell right only 1@50 1@70 f@90 clean was labourred and could sense that a patio slap was gonna die then me so put it down then some guns | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | today alittle drained from yesterday's training but back at work monday so needs must log 1clean then strict 3@42 3@82 3@102 1@117 pb failed 2nd was aiming for 3but only logged on Thursday so not too worried 3@107 felt bicep starting with tendinitis so from experience binned this here dumbell row loading one end all left and right 10@30 5@50 1@70 grip limiting factor same set up but deadlifting instead of row 1@70 1@80 failed 2nd right 2@80 left 2@80 left and right 5@70 left and right went to gym down the road incline bench 10@20 10@60 3@100 elbow was funny 5@100 went slower but elbow said f**k off incline dumbell press 10@20 10@25 12@40 8@40 cable crossovers rowing machine 1 min 356 meters 1 min 340 meters 2 mins 556 meters rope rows,unilateral pulldowns, lateral raises, hammer curls and some other bits | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | yeah bit of graft but breaking a bar and plate is not good. today started training at 11 15 inch deadlift warmed up aim was 3@310 f@290 f**ked about with stance, my belt, postioning to the bar. did about 15 singles at 250 trying to figure this s**t out got really pissed of at myself kicked the power rack about a few times and couldnt really work out what was going on so went indoors. had a meeting with a solar panel guy came back out at half one I half decide rationally that 15 inch is my voodoo height and will work it with some reps and speed work on another day before I try any pbs again 18 inch deadlift 3@120 3@170 3@210 1@250 1@290 3@330 pb burst loads of blood vessels but was happy to pove to myself not washed up yet on school run now squats and assistance work when I get back | ||
