Member 985, 26 posts	Thanks for the replies - unbelievably bruce lee apparantly invented this machine - didn't know that ! iron hand grip machine it's called in kung fu circles. I am doing some rehab on my forearms/fingers/hand at the moment and went for a work out the other week and touchwood ok - been told no pressing etc. and managed to use this device which seemed to give me a good stretch after doing chest/shoulders So making use of it at home in spare time with a gyro ball and another contraption until i feel 100%. Working shoulders/chest out without doing any pressing movements is a pain but thankfully can do a bit on pec dec machines and cable cross overs. Thanks everyone.
