An amazing human being Member 2047, 17156 posts SQ 262.5, BP 170, DL 300732.5 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq | A stupidly mong strong acquaintance of mine is after a lever belt and is wondering what benefits of a 13mm thick one has over a 10mm thick one. Obviously its thicker and so prob have less give but what does this mean in terms of lifting?

If soI imagine the 13mm will soak up more juices and thus offset the extra investment

Is it good for squats too??

Not seen a belt in person that looked or felt better. Thankfully I got mine a a few years ago when the pound was srong against the dollar and US compaines didn't charge silly amounts for shipping. Nowdays I'd prob settle for a lesser belt if I was in the market.
