Alright Guys
I thought I would start a journal to track my training sessions, and get some advice when needed, everyone on here seems quite friendly and easy going.
I have competed in 3 powerlifting comps up to now.
I hold two unequipped British records - BWLA - Squat - 200kg, Bench - 125kg (its a start)
I have just started using equipment and plan on doing my first equipped comp in December if all goes well.
If any one has any questions, fire away.
Mondays session (sets x reps)

very strong squatting for an 18 year old 90kg guy.
You should compete again and break all the subjunior BWLA (now GBPF) records lad.
