Treadmill:
10 Mins @ 6.0kmh - This felt hard with hammy and shin splints LOL

SLDL:
1 x 15 @ 60kg
1 x 15 @ 80kg
1 x 15 @ 100kg

Skipping:
8 sets of 30 secs on/30 secs off

Incline DB Rows:
1 x 15 @ 27.5kg
1 x 15 @ 30kg
1 x 15 @ 32.5kg
1 x 15 @ 35kg
1 x 15 @ 37.5kg

Low Cable Rows:
1 x 15 @ 112kg
1 x 15 @ 119kg
1 x 15 @ 126kg

D/B Pullovers:
1 x 15 @ 40kg

Seated DB Curls (Strict)
The pain in my forearm when I do anything with my biceps is unreal. I know it will always be a weak link now since the op, I just hope it gets better.

Hammer Curls:
1 x 10 @ 20kg
1 x 10 @ 25kg

All felt good. Just a stinking cold and this hammy holding me back at the moment, sort those 2 out and it's all cylinders again.Grin

My knees are really aching all the time hoping fish oils will help.
