Got like 320k for 3, 370 for 1 then tried the 420k but it didnt move much! Was quite high though, around 20" which was bang on knee. | ||

We've got our own specialised bars for doing deads etc that no one except us get to use, but we use the unis bars for rack pulls as they are thicker and have pretty much no flex in them. | ||
