Farmers for 40-50m (or distance), deadlift suits allowed but no straps (what does everyone else think here?), yoke height around 4.5 feet for stones, although I would like to see them a bit heavier, like 100kg, 130kg and 160kg, but again will go with what the majority want. End of February sounds good to me, anyone else like to pick a date? | ||

I think if we start putting restraints on things people may get discouraged or put off. Weight wise is hard, no one wants it to be too light but it has to appeal to everyone. | ||

As Millsy has said, 280, 320, 350 would be good for yoke, whilst Wills/Tony's suggestions for everything else look cool The timing would have be Feb-April IMO, after that everyones build up will be focused towards training for comps  | ||

To have a genuinely novice weight in the mix it could be something like 250/300/350 or even 240/300/360. | ||
