Because the other events have varying weights so you match individual ability? actually mate, me and many others have been to comps where we havent been able to do a single rep on some of the weights, like this bas***d log and heavy deadlift in my last comp, so its not the end of the world. 130 farmers are heavy, but even as a novice, because of the high pickup, you could just make sure to pick the badboys up and get at least a point - no rep = no points, but even small movement and you get a point(s). Same goes with the yoke. I think the events reflect different level of mofos really well, two max events which means TIME TO BREAK SOME PBs!!! And the stone for reps has two categories which is what they had at Unit 20 comp last year and it worked really well in a diverse field. This is looking good boys! Dont miss it!
