I eat every 2.5hrs ish, so its not too bad TBH
Its about 15-20g fat from the beef I think

Why do I insist on doing this?!
Made double tea so I could have one tonight, and one for my snap tomorrow at work.
Except I've sat and eaten them both.
Tonights victim was cottage pie, with 800gr of mince and a kilo of spuds.

Nice and simple tonight: roast chicken thighs with oven chips and gravy. Meant to have some peas but forgot.

I went to Reds True BBQ in Leeds tonight. To start I had bbq ribs. Then for main I had bbq pulled pork and slaw with skin on fries and onion rings. For dessert I opted for an ice cream milkshake. Mmm mmm mmm
