jerking is obviously great, Member 2521, 4721 posts SQ 235, BP 160, DL 290685.0 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | I was looking through your videos and came across your stiff leg deadlift training http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZ6QwiYdILE Can I ask why you perform each rep from a dead stop from the floor rather than lifting the bar out of the rack at lockout height, lowering the bar until the plates tap the floor and then bringing it back up again (as seems to be the norm with most peoples SLDL) | ||
