If you have it abit looser it will allow you to lower your hips into the lift abit more whilst taking a deep breath and filling your belly full of air making your core alot stronger and keep the arch in your lower back | ||

Milsy, my belt isn't that tight but I was wearing a lumber support as well making it tighter, as I hurt my back last week and it's not 100% yet. I do need to lower my hips more tho. | ||
