I'd be amazed if you reduced it to 250g/day but increased your carb intake by 150g to replace the lost calories if it had a detrimental effect on your body weight. In fact I'm almost certain you'd carry on gaining as I did exactly this many years ago when I used to have about 350g/day and reduced to around 200g. I just think 400g is wayyyyyyyy overboard. | ||
