A good day was had by all, with boar, paul and tony impressing and hitting PBs.Their results were as follows: Paul: 205 Squat (PB), 137.5 Bench (PB), 242.5 Deadlift (PB) 585 Boar: 262.5 Squat (PB), 185 Bench (PB), 252.5 Deadlift (PB) - 700 Tony: 250 Squat (PB), 182.5 Bench, 272.5 Deadlift (PB) - 705 I took a few photos of the lads at the top of their deadlifts - some great action shots. Didn't bother to take any other videos (apart from Fat Pete snoring in the car) because Boar and Tony both had their cameras going. There were a few 400+ squats, 350+ deadlifts and the highest bench was 290. | ||
