I hope this year you guys will smash all your personal records and grow incredible strength and freakish muscles.I need help brothers, I am soon to enter my first comp. It's a BDFPA comp on 22nd Jan. I am in desperate need of a bench shirt in a size 56 or 58. Have any of you guys got a shirt in these sizes that you don't use any more and that you are willing to sell to me? I am on a budget (credit crunch) at max I can afford £50. Please, please my fellow brothers. Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated. I thank you. Josh | ||

I was told to measure from shoulder to shoulder and add 2 inches, have I got this wrong? As you can probably tell I'm not very knowledgeable in this field, lol, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 48 inch chest if that's more helpful. | ||

I believe for titan it's not too far off a standard chest measurement, i own a 48 shrt and my chest measures about that number in inches too. | ||
