The double at 190kgs was hard but might have had another rep there. Eating properly helps. | ||

Dont feel like i get very much leg drive but think ive been training too much firing my butt off the bench so will need to take things back a bit. Good session and happy to get a PB as its been a while since ive had one of any sort. Think ive just not been pushing myself enough. | ||
